1. Registry to waive office objections and register the matter.

2. The Award dated 28.02.2022, which was corrected on 13.02.2024 as passed by the MACT, South Goa in Claim Petition No.46/2019, shall stand stayed on the Applicant depositing the entire compensation under the Award. The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicants have deposited an amount of Rs.23,25,426/- in the account of the MACT at South Goa, Margao on 28.02.2022 via NEFT transfer under Transaction No. 304536845. He further submits that this amount was higher than the amount due under the Award. 26th June, 2025

CA 33 of 2025 Consequently, the balance amount, according to the calculations in now submitted by the Applicant to this Court, of Rs.6,91,000/- along with 9% interest till date, shall be deposited in the account of the MACT, South Goa, within a period of two weeks from today.
