2. The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement as incorporated in the consent terms, a copy of which is produced and marked 'X' for identification. The petitioners and the respondents are present along with their Counsel and they admit the correctness of the contents.
3. The learned Counsel for the parties submit that in view of the consent terms, the petitioners are not pressing their application for declaration as Mundkar. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the petition, which is accordingly, disposed of, with no order as to costs.

4. Parties shall produce the consent terms before the Trial Court in Regular Civil Suit No.97/1976/D on 25/09/2017 at 10.00 a.m. The Trial Court shall pass appropriate order in view of the consent terms in accordance with law.
