1. Having perused the averments in the civil application, we permit the applicant to serve the respondent by publication in two newspapers having wide circulation, inter alia, at Akola, Maharashtra. Notices will have to be published in the daily 'Lokmat', Akola, Maharashtra edition, as also, in one local newspaper, 'The Navhind Times' at Goa.

2. For the purpose of service, the returnable date shall be 15.04.2019. The applicant to file affidavit of service alongwith copies of paper publication.
