Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

2. There is a delay of four days in seeking restoration of the Writ Petition which came to be dismissed by an order of the Deputy Registrar dated 13/11/2017. This order was made because there was some lapse in the matter of taking steps to process the petition. At the stage when the order was made, the respondent had not been served.

3. Accordingly, the delay of four days is hereby condoned.

4. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the order dated 13/11/2017 made by the Deputy Registrar is hereby recalled and the Writ Petition is restored to the file of this Court. Civil Application is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

5. Place the main Writ Petition for admission on 2/07/2018.

6. The learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner states that necessary steps to effect service upon the respondents will be taken latest by 11/06/2018.
