This is an application to condone the delay in filing the Statements of Account.

2. It is pointed out by Ms. Razaq, learned Counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator that the delay was caused as the Liquidator who was from Mumbai, was thereafter transferred to Chennai, which led to the delay in filing the application. The application is supported by an affidavit.

3. For the reasons stated therein, the delay stands condoned. The statements of account are accordingly taken on record and directed to be forwarded to the Chartered Accountant

COAP/3/2017 for further action in accordance with law.
