Mr. Pangam, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Respondent has already passed an Order dated 26.02.2019 in the matter of show cause notice dated 05.02.2015 issued to Dr. Aashish Kamat, in respect of Plot No.2 which was the subject matter of the said notice. He submits that by the said order, the said show cause notice is discharged. The statement is accepted.

2. In our view, nothing survives in the Contempt Petition No. 54 of 2018, and the same is accordingly disposed of.

3. The Petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the said Order dated 26.02.2019 passed by the Goa Industrial Development Corporation. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the said order. If any proceedings are filed impugning the said order, the same would be disposed of on its own merits.
