Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Mr. Shivan Desai, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the representative of the petitioner, Mr. Samrat Rasal, submits that the Civil Revision Application may be expedited and may be fixed for a peremptory hearing by fixed date. Subject to this, the petitioner shall not press for Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is yet to be admitted.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection for expedited hearing of the Civil Revision application.

4. In such circumstances, the Contempt Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
