It is the contention of the petitioners that the order dated 09.02.2024 passed by this Court at page 100 of the paper book is breached. In our opinion, for breach of the order/enforcement of the order, the petitioners will have to take recourse to the appropriate legal remedy. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to take recourse to the appropriate remedy available in law. We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
