Date:- 23rd January 2018 OPERATIVE ORDER For the reasons recorded separately, following order is passed:- i. Applicant shall be released on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) with one local surety in the like amount.

ii. Applicant shall not leave the State of Goa till the conclusion of the trial.

iii. Applicant shall furnish her local residential address and contact details to the Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa and to the Investigating Officer.

iv. Applicant shall not make any attempt to influence any of the prosecution witnesses either directly or indirectly.

CRMAB/331/2017 v. Applicant shall not indulge in any crime. vi. Applicant shall attend the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa, scrupulously, as and when directed. vii. Applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer, if necessary.

2. Any breach in the aforesaid conditions shall entitle the prosecution to apply for cancellation of bail.
