According to us, the Petitioner's application seeking increase of load i.e. three phase connection which was made on 15 th May, 2018, will have to be disposed of one way or the other, within some reasonable time. Mr. Munj, the learned Additional Govt. Advocate, on instructions, states that such application will be

disposed of within a period of two weeks from today and the decision will also be communicated to the Petitioner.
