Learned Advocate Ms Keny, who is on record for the sole appellant submits that she has received no instructions from her client. She submits that though she has served a notice dated 04.07.2024 by registered post on the appellant, she has not received any instructions. The acknowledgement card of the registered packet has been returned with the endorsement that the sole appellant is deceased. 18th October, 2024

FA 151 of 2019 Consequently, Ms Keny stands discharged from appearing for the appellant.

Since no legal representatives have been brought on record in place of the sole appellant, the appeal abates and is accordingly, dismissed as abated.

2. Miscellaneous Civil Application No.280 of 2022 is rendered infructuous and is also disposed of.
