The learned Counsel for the petitioner argues on issues not at all pleaded in this application. In these circumstances, we cannot entertain the contempt petition.

2. In case the petitioner, has any other grievance with regards on compliance with the Order dated 03.10.2019, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings. However on the basis of the application as filed, we do not think that any case of contempt is made out.
