Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. The order impugned in this petition is dated 13.02.2023, whereby services of the petitioner are placed at the disposal of the office of the Executive Engineer, Division XIX, PWD, Sanguem, purely on working arrangement with immediate effect until further orders. This order is challenged on various grounds as mentioned in the petition. The order challenged is dated 13.02.2023 and the petition was filed on 06.12.2024.

3. Suffice it to observe that learned Additional Government Advocate has placed on record a copy of the order dated 07.02.2025 cancelling the order dated 13.02.2023. The petitioner is now posted at the disposal of the office of the Chief Architect, PWD, Margao.

4. A request is made for leave to amend the petition. However, we are of the view that the order dated 07.02.2025 needs to be independently challenged on the grounds as are permissible considering that the order dated 13.02.2023 stands cancelled.

5. Keeping all contentions open, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 07.02.2025 also on the grounds raised in Writ Petition No. 805 of 2024.
