CA 28 of 2020 Mr Coelho Pereira, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Applicants submits that the First appeal No.129 of 2016 may be posted for final hearing instead of now taking up the Civil Application No.28 of 2020.

2. The above request is reasonable since the arguments in Civil Application No.28 of 2020 and the main appeal will overlap.

3. Accordingly, First Appeal No.129 of 2016 is posted for final hearing on 08.02.2024, high on board subject to overnight part-heard matters. The matter to remain on board until it is finally disposed of.

4. In view of the above, Civil Application No.28 of 2020 is disposed of.

5. Mr Pereira states that the private paper book is already prepared and supplied.

6. Misc. Civil Application No.131 of 2020 is to be considered at the stage of final hearing of appeal.
