2. Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, and the proposed Respondent Nos. 3(a) and 3(b). The Applicant has made out a case for joinder of the legal heirs of Respondent No.3 who expired on 27.12.2016.

MCA/9/2019 The delay, if any, in filing the Misc. Civil Application, is condoned.

3. The Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of para 3. The Applicant is also allowed to carry out consequential amendments, if any. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the Writ Petition shall be served upon the Respondents through their respective Advocates, those who are present in Court, and upon the Respondent No. 3(c) within one week from the date of carrying out the amendment.

4. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
