On 15.09.2022 Advocate J. Velip appeared before the Registrar (J) and submitted that the matter is amicably settled before the learned District Court. He made an endorsement on the farad sheet for withdrawal of the appeal. However, the Registrar (J) has placed the matter before the Court since, it was an admitted matter. 5.
Today, neither Advocate J. Velip nor Advocate D. Vernekar are present. However, considering the averments and also the endorsement made on the farad sheet dated 15.09.2022, this Second Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn or in any case disposed of for want of prosecution.
