3. On such application being filed, the Sessions Court may consider the depositions of the witnesses examined till the filing of such 22nd July, 2025

CRMAB 42 of 2025 application and any change of circumstance whilst disposing of the bail application; the application may as far as possible be disposed of within one month of the filing thereof.
