2. Shri Mulgaonkar, learned Advocate fairly concedes that he accepts the calculation worked out on behalf of the respondents, nonetheless he would be entitled to the future rate of interest since the calculation has been done as 18.11.2002. The said statement is accepted entitling him to the amount of interest due from 18.11.2002 onwards. The request of the applicants to release the amount in favour of father is also granted and the application for withdrawal too is granted in the above terms. Balance amount, if any due to the respondents shall be refunded to the respondents. Registry to expedite the release of the

MCA/13/2017 amount in the applicant's favour within a month from today.
