After this petition was heard for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly seeks leave to withdraw this petition. He states that his client shall vacate the suit premises within two months from today. Request as made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is fair. Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn.

2. The petitioner shall vacate the suit premises within a period of two months, an undertaking to that effect be placed on record within one week from today.
