The applicant does not appear to be diligent in taking steps in this matter. On 06.05.2022 neither the applicant nor his advocate were present before the Registrar (Judicial). On 22.07.2022 at the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, two weeks time was granted as a last chance and it was noted in the order that this matter is pending for the last three years and office objections had been notified in December 2019. 2.

On 16.09.2022, once again Mr. Dangui prayed for a last chance. The Registrar (Judicial) noted that on last three occasions 23rd December 2022

10-MCA-381-2022.DOC the matter was adjourned by way of last chance. Still, the matter was adjourned to 07.10.2022. On this occasion also, Mr. Dangui applied for time which was granted. On 21.10.2022, Mr. Dangui again applied for adjournment by way of last chance to clear the office objections.

Today, when the matter is called out before this Court, neither the applicant nor his advocate is present. In these circumstances, the application for condonation of delay in filing this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. M. S. SONAK, J.
