ORDER

Heard Shri Deepak Gaonkar, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant and Shri S. R. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the Respondents who has waived service on behalf of the Respondents. He submits on instructions that the investigation in the case is substantially over and that no recovery is required in the matter looking into the allegations made against him. Shri Rivankar learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that his presence is not required in custody and that he may be put to terms and necessary orders be passed in the matter.

In view thereof, the Applicant is secured with the orders of CRMAB 332-17

-2bail in anticipation of arrest on executing a personal bond in the amount of `5,000/- and furnishing one local surety in co-extensive amount to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC, Mapusa. He shall report at the Police Station for three days w.e.f. 21.12.2017 between 10.00 hours to 12.00 noon.
