2. Reply filed. Shri Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Investigating Officer who is present in Court today, submits that as of now no offence has been registered against the Applicant.

3. In view thereof, the apprehension nurtured by the Applicant is rather premature and misplaced. Nonetheless, in view of the impending Christmas vacations and as apprehension is expressed

CRMAB/334/2017 of arrest, the Investigating Officer shall give 48 hours notice in the event an offence is made out against him and there is intent to place him under arrest.

4. Shri Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant would extend all co-operation in the investigation in the event such eventuality arises.
