2. Taking into consideration the reasons set out in the civil application, the delay in the institution of the same is condoned and further, even the Hon'ble Registrar's order dated 6th July, 2018 is recalled.

3. The Applicant's application seeking appointment of an Arbitrator is restored to the file subject to the condition that the Applicant will now clear the office objections within two weeks from today. If the office objections are not cleared within two

MCA/57/2019 weeks from today, the main application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

4. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
