Dr. Vijayraj Desai appears in person.

He has filed the pursis before us which is taken on record and marked as 'A' for the purpose of identification. The pursis reads as follows:
"1. The principle remedy that the petitioner had sought vide this writ petition is already granted to him by the Goa medical council, which is respondent no.1 in this writ petition.
2.
The principle remedy at prayer (a) sought by the 8th March, 2022
906-WP-1127-2019.DOC petitioner vide this writ petition is 'renewal of his registration in the respondent council for a further period of 5 years i.e. year 2016 to 2021'.

Subsequent to the filing of this writ petition the petitioner got adequate time to attend the necessary conferences/Workshops/CMEs and thereafter the remedy has been granted by the respondent on 17/02/2022. The petitioner's registration has thus been renewed by the respondent council.

The petitioner is enclosing herein as Annexure-1 a self-attested true copy of the relevant receipt issued by the Goa medical council, the respondent no.1 herein. 5.
For the ground stated herein, the petitioner states that this writ petition is not necessary to be adjudicated by this h'ble court, This writ petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous.

Dr. Desai states that since the reliefs in this petition have already been granted to him, the petition can be disposed of as infructuous.

Accepting the request of Dr. Desai, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
