The learned counsel appearing for the applicants has pointed out that there are certain errors in describing the names of the parties in the memorandum of petition and is seeking liberty to correct the same. The petition has already been disposed of, however, the description of the parties has been incorrectly recorded in memorandum. Since there are errors in the description of the parties in the memorandum of petition, leave is granted to the applicants to correct the same in terms of the paragraph 5 of the application and necessary corrections, if any, also be recorded in the order passed by us on 5th December
