After hearing the matter for sometime, Shri Zaveri, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition but, however, seeking direction to the Deputy Director to dispose of the proceedings initiated under Section 66(5) of the Panchayat Raj Act expeditiously.
