The applicants, State of Goa and concerned officers/Department by this application have prayed for extension of time for completing the first phase of the sewerage treatment plant by December 2016 and the second phase of the sewerage treatment plant by December 2017.

2. In view of the fact and considering that the work is in progress, the respondent has no objection for extension of time.

3. Considering the averments made and that the fact that

MCA/135/2017 applicants have already taken steps and the work is in progress and as certain time is definitely required for installation and making it workable, we are inclined to allow this application for extension of time for the first phase of the sewerage treatment up to May 2017 an second phase by December 2017.
