The applicants seek withdrawal of the amount granted in his favour of the learned MACT to which the respondent no.1 has no serious objection. In view thereof, the application is allowed whereby the applicants are held entitled to withdraw the amount alongwith the accrued interest. The amount to the share of the minor applicant no.3 shall be invested in a fixed deposit till he attains the age of majority.
