P.C. :- Heard. Today, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners has produced on record a communication of the Asstt. Director of Education (Acad) dated 29/01/2021. It is to the effect that the Authority has granted approval to the appointment of Fr. Carson Jehovah Dourado, as Trained Undergraduate Teacher.

In view of this circumstance, the main purpose of the Petitioners is served and the matter has become infructuous. The challenge to the so called Notification dated 5/9/2007 of the Respondents to make the reservation applicable, is kept open. 3.

As the purpose of the Petitioners is served, the Petition is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the Petition, the Misc. Civil Application also stands disposed of.
