2. The petitioner has challenged the impugned transfer order dated 07/11/2016. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are inclined to dispose off the present Writ Petition by directing respondent no.1 to consider the present petition as representation of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within four weeks. All contentions are kept open.
