Heard Shri Amit Kabadi, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Shri D. Lawande, learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent no.1 to 8 and 10.

2. The above petition was placed for orders before the learned Vacation Judge and clear observations were made in the order dated 31.12.2016 in connection with the grievances raised by the petitioner. It is clearly recorded therein the steps taken by the concerned authority to implement the earlier orders passed by this Court as well as the relevant provisions of law. It was also recorded that similar proceedings were pending before the learned National Green Tribunal and orders awaited thereon.

3. Shri D. Lawande, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record the order dated 18.1.2017 whereby the proceedings before the learned National Green Tribunal were disposed off issuing directions to deal with the same grievances raised by the petitioner in the above petition. The said order is marked 'X' for identification. But however, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that despite of the said directions there is blatant violation to the directions therein. In case any such violation, the petitioner is at liberty to raise such grievances before the concerned committee constituted pursuant to the directions issued by the learned National Green Tribunal in accordance with law. Keeping such liberty to the petitioner open and in view of the said order passed by the learned National Green Tribunal, we find that no further direction is required at this stage.
