The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner would tender an appeal within contemplation of provisions of law to the Appellate Forum within a period of three days. If such an appeal is filed within a period of three days, the Appellate Forum after affording opportunity to parties concerned shall decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the appeal.

2. Interim relief granted by this Court while issuance of notice on 18.12.2018 shall remain operative until disposal of the appeal. In the event the Appellate Forum renders the decision against the petitioner, the interim order referred to above shall continue

WP/1201/2018 for a period of one week so as to facilitate the petitioner to adopt the appropriate remedy.

3. The petitioner assures to inform the name of establishment and the place from where the food is being sourced during the intervening period to the respondent department.

4. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
