This is an application for correction of typographical errors in the judgment and order dated 24/10/2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24/2018.

2. I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the respondent no.1 in person. The respondent no.1 has no objection for permitting the correction as they are essentially minor typographical errors. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed as prayed.

3. The title clause of the Writ Petition shall be corrected accordingly. The date of the order of termination as appearing in para 61(b) of the judgment shall be read as 02/11/2007. The corrected order shall be uploaded.
