The learned counsel representing the Village Panchayat of Colvale inform the Court that the Public Works Department has moved the metal kiosk from the petitioner's property as the petitioner has made a grievance that it is blocking his access and was forcibly installed, by creating an obstruction in the wake of the road widening. Recording the aforesaid statement that the kiosk is now removed, we dispose of the writ petition.

WP 13 of 2025 Needless to state that the petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate his grievance in case if the kiosk again appears at the site. ASHISH S. CHAVAN, J.
