Heard the learned Counsel for the parties for sometime. The petitioner has filed an affidavit-cum-undertaking today which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. By virtue of the said affidavit-cum-undertaking, the petitioner has undertaken that if he is unable to obtain the orders for regularisation of the unauthorised structure/shed as per The Goa Regularisation of Unauthorised Construction Act, 2016, the petitioner shall remove the said shed in terms of the notice dated 13.08.2015. The undertaking so made is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

2. In view of the affidavit-cum-undertaking, the petition is

WP/1198/2018 disposed off.

3. The competent authority shall decide the application for regularisation within a period of three months from today. C. V. BHADANG, J.
