When this Petition was called out for hearing, Ms. Sawaikar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submits that she and her associate may be discharged from appearance of the Petitioner as they have already handed over their brief to Ms. N. Fernandes. 2.

Hence, Ms. Jay Sawaikar and her associates are discharged from appearance on behalf of the Petitioner.

Ms. Fernandes, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that since the matter has been settled before the Trial Court, nothing remains in the present Writ Petition and that the Petitioner desires to withdraw the Writ Petition. 4.
