REGISTRAR'S ORDER On perusal of the bailiff report dated 29.11.2018, it reveals that the notice of respondent no. 3(f) is returned unserved with remarks that no body resides on the said address, since last four years. The bailiff also reported that, though the respondent no. 3(e) is the brother of respondent no. 3(f), he avoided to give the correct address of respondent no. 3(f). According to the applicant the address on which the notice was issued to respondent no. 3(f) is the last known address. Though, respondent no. 3(e) is the brother of respondent no. 3(f) who avoided to give correct address, though he is having knowledge of this matter. The service will not be effected, unless the substituted service is issued. Hence, application is allowed. Issue notice to the respondent no. 3(f) by affixation, as prayed for.
