2. This is an application for fixing of the appeal for hearing on a peremptory date. By an order dated 08.06.2018, this Court had allowed MCA No.73/2018 for expeditious hearing of the First Appeal.

3. In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed. The First Appeal to be added to the final hearing board in the month of July 2019.
