Shri J. J. Mulgaonkar, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has placed the calculation on record pursuant to which he claims an amount of ₹56,575/-.

In view of the amount available in the Registry as deposited on 17.02.2013, the applicant is held entitled to adjust the amount outstanding with the deposit available in the Registry which shall comply accordingly. The balance amount to be refunded to the Department concerned. 4.
