Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant prays for the release of the applicant on bail who submitted that he was throughout on bail pursuant to the order of the learned JMFC and subsequently pursuant to the order passed by the learned Sessions Court.

Since the punishment imposed against the applicant is six months only apart from the compensation, the applicant would be entitled to the benefit of bail. In view thereof, he is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bail bond of ₹20,000/- and on furnishing one local surety in the coextensive amount to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC. 3.

Application accordingly stands disposed off.
