The Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, on instructions, assures to tender an application to the Administrator seeking his intervention limited to the extent of directing the Managing Committee of the Devasthan to hold a General Body meeting to take decision on the appeal/application tendered by the Petitioners. If the Petitioners tender appropriate application to the Administrator within a period of 7 days, the Administrator shall issue necessary directions within the contemplation of the Regulations directing the Managing Committee of the concerned Devasthan to hold a General Body Meeting for the purpose of deciding the

2 wp1212-18-21-12-18 Appeal/application tendered by the Petitioners and to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the Appeal/application of the Petitioners. This Court has not dealt with the other prayers of the Petitioners and it would be open for the Petitioners to renew their request as and when need arises.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits of the contentions of the parties. It would be open for the Authority/Forum to deal with such contentions.
