P.C.:- Heard both sides. It appears that the petitioner in affidavit dated 5.2.2021 has proposed some guidelines. A prayer is made in the present petition in prayer clause (b) for issuing directions to the respondents to prepare some guidelines regulating the grant of Comunidade land on temporary basis including the procedure for such grants and the fees to be charged.

The learned Advocate General submitted that recently he has received copy of the aforesaid proposal made by the petitioner. He submitted that the

In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate General, this Court holds that the present matter can be disposed of by giving directions to the respondents to frame the guidelines for which relief is claimed in prayer clause (b) in aforesaid nature within four months from today. With these directions present proceedings stands disposed of. 4.
