In view of the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of Hameed Kunju versus Nazim 2017 AIR(SC)3376 and further, in view of fact the eviction is sought on the ground of bonafide personal occupation, the application is allowed. The Writ Petition no. 536 of 2017 be added to the final hearing board commencing second week of June, 2018.
