The learned Advocate General appearing for the StateRespondents, on instructions, makes a statement that the Petitioners would be issued appropriate show cause notice, calling upon them to raise appropriate objections to those grounds recorded in the communication dated 10 December 2018, or any other grounds or any other objections. It would be open for the Petitioners to tender their reply to the objections.

In the meanwhile, without prejudice to the rights of the Petitioners, it would be open to the Respondents-Authorities to

2 wp1216-18-21-12-18 accept necessary fees and permit the Petitioners to ply Jeep Taxis, until final decision in the matter and subject thereto. It would be open for the Petitioners to raise objections to the adverse action, if any, that would be taken by the Respondents.
