Heard the learned counsel for the parties as well as respondent nos.2 to 7, who are present in the Court.

2. Mr.Faldessai, learned Additional Government Advocate, on the basis of instructions from the Inspector General of Societies, states that the Inspector General of Societies has already taken over charge. Certain procedural formalities like finalisation of Inventory remain but, the same will also be completed. Respondent nos.2 to 7, who are present in this Court, assure this Court that they will render full cooperation to the Administrator

CP/55/2018 now appointed and, in any case, they have neither any intention to breach the orders of this Court nor will they breach any orders of the Court. These statements made by them are accepted as undertakings to this Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we do not think it appropriate to keep this Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, we dispose of the Contempt Petition by discharging the notices issued to respondent nos.2 to 7. This discharge is on the basis of the assurance by respondent nos.2 to 7 that in future, they will not give any cause for complaint that they have breached any lawful orders of the Court or otherwise obstructed the Administrator in the discharge of his functions.

4. We clarify that the Administrator shall be entitled to reimbursement of costs towards the reasonable travel expenses in connection with the administration of affairs of the Gurudwara.

5. The Contempt Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.
