REGISTRAR'S ORDER This application is for issuing notices to respondent nos. 6 to 11 by substituted service by publishing notice in the daily newspaper. On perusal of the bailiff report on 29.08.2017. It is supported by an affidavit. It reveals that the notices returned unserved, as respondent no. 6 has left the rented house, respondent no.7 as his shop found closed and had gone to Kerala, respondent nos. 8 & 9, door of the house was found closed, as they had gone to Manipur and respondent nos. 10 & 11 as their shops were found closed with lock. Ld. Advocate for the appellants submits that, they have made efforts to find out the whereabouts of respondent nos. 6 to 11, but they could not get. According to the appellants, address given in the cause title is the last known address.
Therefore, they pray to grant the notice by substituted service. On perusal of the bailiff report, it reveals that he has made efforts to serve the notices to respondent no. 6 to 11. They will not be served except by way of substituted service. Hence, issue notices to respondent nos. 6 to 11 by way of substituted service by publishing it in the daily newspaper "The Navhind Times" at the cost of the Appellants.
