After this application was heard for some time, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant would be in a position to deposit with the Liquidator the total amount which is as on date is Rs.2,83,373/- within a period of three months. Statement is accepted. 2.

The statement of account in relation to the said amount is placed on record by the learned Counsel for the respondent. 3.

In the event there is any default, the respondent/liquidator is at liberty to proceed further in accordance with law.
