2. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, we grant stay for the execution of the impugned Award dated 28.8.2018 subject to the applicant depositing the entire awarded amount together with interest, costs, etc., in this Court within a period of six weeks from today.

3. If the amount is so deposited, the Registry to invest the same in the Nationalized Bank on usual terms. This Order however, shall not come in the way of the applicants taking out an application for withdrawal of the amount or the portion of the amount. If such application is made, the same will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4. Civil Application no.156/2019 is disposed of in the above said terms.
