This is a revision application challenging the order passed by the learned Registrar of this Court on 21/9/2018 thereby refusing to register the cross objection for want of clearance of the office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/cross objector shall remove the office objections within a period of one week from today. Subject to this, the impugned order is hereby set aside. The applicant is permitted to remove the office objections within one week from today.
