Learned Advocate has tendered copy of the Death Certificate issued by Solapur Municipal Corporation certifying the death of Appellant on 27th February 2000. It is taken on record, marked as Annexure-X. The Appellant is convicted for an offence punishable under Section 3(1)(xi) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Act and under Section 354, 504 of IPC.
